A level higher than the ugly halogens.
They are actually very powerful and insanely hot, so be careful! They are not as white as LEDs, but rather dull white with a yellow tinge. But don't get me wrong, if you have halogen bulbs in your car and want to improve the brightness and color without spending close to $100 on LEDs, they are very good and I highly recommend them. They put out a very powerful beam, not too bright when people shine on them, but a huge improvement over those ugly yellow halogens. If you are looking for new headlights I would recommend trying these guys out :)
