Incredibly sharp and easy to use

I recently lost an expensive pair of knives that were made in Europe. Less than the cost of this knife. I bought 2 Rada straight blade pairing knives. 8 3/8" and 7 1/8" and Rada 8 7/8" tomato slicers, all with silver aluminum handles. They are incredibly sharp and made from high carbon T420 surgical grade stainless steel. They come with a lifetime guarantee. Finally "They're made in Iowa, America! They've become my most used knives. I'm thinking of giving away my expensive European and Japanese knife sets and replacing them with comparable Rada knives. They're so good. No, they're the best !
