The handle was loose on one side. The thread on the handle had snapped making it impossible to just tighten it. I had to go to Menards and buy two drawer pulls to replace the original ones. Then it worked fine. I saw some reviews mentioning the same thing but I was in a rush for Christmas and figured they would fix the issues by now. But I was wrong. If you receive this, you can be sure that the pins will be removed. Also, I really like this wine cooler and it's beautiful with hammered and electroplated finishes. My daughter liked it very much.
