Neither rain nor snow washes off the windows.
I don't know what the problem is, but the wiper blade does not touch the entire length of the blade, especially at the top. The lever seems to be of good quality, but something with the angle or the wiper blade doesn't work at all. In general, another piece of Chinese garbage.
