Very easy to assemble. It took me 30-45 minutes to take it out of the box and put it together on my computer. All items are packed and undamaged upon arrival. The screws, washers etc were neatly packaged and they had a few extras with them just in case. I use the chair about 10-12 hours a day at two of my jobs and am mostly comfortable. I'm 5ft nothing and the backrest is right where I need it once I recline the chair back a little. The dose of the back brace itself moves up and down slightly. I almost never put on a headrest. I'm glad I did it for lying! I can't talk about seating comfort when you have your chair upright. I can say I almost forgot since I adjusted my chair to recline slightly to the point of leaning my head back. The foam in the seat portion is firm but feels cheaper and will likely wear out quickly. I plan to get an extra pillow so it won't bother me. I haven't noticed any quality changes in the last 2 months. I have a claim When I work from home I use one of these super soft fluffy microfiber blankets. The ribbing of the mesh material seems to attract lint from the comforter, which was easy to remove. This probably won't be a problem for those not wrapped in a large plush blanket. haha!
