Bad Craftsmanship Warm Hat

This hat was so nice and warm but when I took it off the other day it started to peel off the Thinsulate and the wall. It's a terrible ability. Unfortunately, I found out about this after closing the 30 day return period. I hope the manufacturer sees this review and offers a replacement. The hat was great too! If I get a replacement, I'll write five stars.

Pros

High quality inner material: The inner layers of the hat and gloves are made of 3M Thinsulate, which is highly effective and resistant to cold and moisture.
