This knife is in no way inferior to comparable knives from โฌ70. Great knife!
I have three knives from Update International and I LOVE them. Incredible value, a tenth the cost of their true competitors. They sharpen quickly and remain razor sharp, although I sharpen the blade with a steel knife before each use. The 10-inch chef's knife does most of the work, but this boning knife comes out many times a week, as does the offset bread knife, which can lighten the toughest crust on hand-baked bread. Make no mistake with Update International!
