I bought this to repair a KithcenAid dishwasher we bought in 2011. I replaced the same parts in October 2014 and now again in October 2018. These basket adjusters look exactly like the ones I replaced in 2014. The material of such racks quickly deteriorates. If the dishwasher lasts a few more years, I'll probably replace it again. Whirlpool/KitchenAid manufacture failsafe parts. I review this article. The Appliance Parts Warehouse where I purchased this item deserves 5 stars for the speed of delivery and service.
