I love making my own cannoli
I love them. I've always wanted to try cannoli, so one day I just took a chance and ordered them. What a treat if you stick to your recipe. They will get hot when you remove them from the oil, so drain well and let cool slightly before removing the tubes or you'll burn your fingers. . First time and my canolis came out perfect! good product, I bought them in 2011, now in 2015 although I don't use them. They are still as intact as when they arrived. they look like new and still work great.
