You have no idea how much easier the LONGER vacuum hose just got! I used to hate vacuuming the floor. We have a central vacuum system in our house, only 6 sockets. So I don't have to vacuum by pushing or pulling that heavy vacuum cleaner myself. But still it's too hard for me to vacuum the whole house with these two hoses we have and both are so old (one might be original when this house was built in the 80's) and hard to move. I just didn't like the job since we moved into a big house. I recently decided to add another basement hose (only has one entry for all 4 rooms). I chose this 50ft hose and it made my dreams come true! It's so long! I can go anywhere without trying to pull out a hose stuck somewhere behind furniture legs or in a corner of a room! Plus, it's SO EASY! I don't even feel like I'm sucking. I didn't know the hose was so light, so much easier to suck! One very important thing I want to mention here is that if you are planning on buying this for use with a late 80's style central vacuum, you MUST ALSO BUY THE ADAPTER EXACTLY AS THE PICTURES THAT I've attached here, from different sellers. Because this adapter set that comes with this hose does not fit old middle vacuum inlets! he fits. It is sold at Revain as an adapter for Asian style vacuum cleaners.
