Update 2/19/19: contacted CS, google voice number, no reply, then sms was sent and I was confused until the person explained that he is a CS person. They offered to send me replacement parts (see problem below) but they didn't come. CS says the parts have been shipped but it has been over a month. INADMISSIBLE. First published review: I'm a professional installer, I've installed 2 pairs of these shelves in 2 different bathrooms and delivered and installed as recommended, the shelves are a bit unstable, just enough to tip them forward for shampoo bottles to slide off. I read in other reviews that the seller will supply additional mounts and I will request them. I call customer service but no answer - it's a Google Voice number. I have emailed the seller. I will update this review when the issue is resolved. Otherwise, I like the product, the price, the look and the quality of the shelf itself are very good, the fastening material and the enclosed fastening screws etc. are ok (not very high quality but completely sufficient). The instructions are simple but sufficient. The key will be to see if the seller is serving the customers properly - if so I'll give them 5 stars.
