Excellent, well-made monitor mount. Offers many degrees of freedom and is fully adjustable. The arms are longer than many other models, which worked well for my situation as I wanted to wall mount it and use it with two large curved monitors. The problem I have is that the ball joint which is located just behind the monitor mount is very difficult to adjust. There is a small Allen screw that when loosened allows the monitor to move and rotate in all directions. You must loosen it enough to move the monitor, but if it is too loose, you must try to hold the monitor in the correct position and then tighten the screw "fully" before the monitor becomes stable. I had to readjust the monitor about 10 times before I got it right (either tilted too far forward or not level etc.). If you're not particularly comfortable, you might have a little trouble setting this up. Also, the unit is solid and does a great job of keeping my dual monitors off the table. It also has the added benefit of being able to lift the monitor up if I want to stand up. You can adjust the tension of each arm joint as you like. The joints articulate both horizontally and vertically.
