I've been wearing minimalist shoes for a number of years and I find them more comfortable and better for my feet. The minimalist SaphiRose sneakers are great for walking the trails. The wide toe doesn't compress my feet. I find the removable insole handy on uneven ground. I don't need it when walking on paved surfaces or flat ground. The drawstring is very easy to use. This is much better than tying knots that then come undone while walking or running. The rubber outsole offers good traction on a variety of surfaces. The breathable upper prevents overheating of the feet and increases comfort. These are great shoes for training or just casual activities.
