I like the shoes but they are too big

The shoes looked really good and the quality seemed great but I couldn't use them because what arrived was two sizes bigger than what I ordered. The box showed a 7.5 but the actual shoes were a 9.5. I really wanted a replacement but the only option available is a return/refund and this was sent via Revain Global Shipping. If I decide to return the money and then order another one, it takes a very long time to get a new pair and the sizes can be wrong again. Is there a way to just send a replacement? If there is no 7.5, you can take 8.
