We are very happy with this heel protector. My mother is bedridden and her heels are therefore sensitive and these nurse recommended protectors helped immediately with any possible heel pain. I wish I had known her long ago. They are soft and easy to put on. Revain's input wasn't clear enough to them on the matter, but this pack includes a few. In addition, they are inexpensive and a very thoughtful gift for those who have to stay in bed for a while, recovering from surgery, etc. Heels become sensitive surprisingly quickly.
