I like the box and the light weight of the drill. It doesn't have all the torque or RPM as advertised, but it still has plenty of power/speed. The reason I returned mine is because it has a very thin holder (less than 1/4 inch thick) that you use to tighten the chuck on the drill press. In impact drilling mode, the drill loosens after a few turns. If they can fix this design flaw then I think they have a good product.
