Now it's sports shoes! Although this shoe is made in China, it has everything I look for in a toddler athletic shoe - grippy tread. It is laced up with a top velcro closure. The leg is protected from the laces by a massive tongue. Those are good shoes. I had trouble finding decent and affordable athletic shoes. This good. The only downside is that the plastic parts of the upper can crack with wear, but this shouldn't affect the overall durability of the shoe, although it may make it less appealing. Recommended but consider buying half a size larger.
