Spooned has great customer service. For my first purchase, I followed the size chart and asked for a large one. Although the environment should be better. Tyler was very supportive and replaced the product with an additional discount. IMO the only issue (but considering this is cycling gear it matters) is the pad size. It's too much when I compare to other brands I own. The average size is huge and it looks like you are using a diaper. Even after several washes, the feeling is the same. Not a very big problem, but it's something to consider.
