Poor quality on this purchase M2.

I bought this HP Bullet M2 as a backup a few years ago. When I had to use it, it was only doing 10Mbps, not 100Mbps as advertised. The NIC does not latch any of the RJ45 connectors in the slot. The first M2 I bought worked great so I think Ubiquiti might have some quality issues.
