Review on 🎋 Natural Two Tone 14" x 11.5" Bamboo Serving & Cutting Board - Totally Bamboo Kauai by Jeremy Gums

I have a similar bamboo chopping board that I have used for years. That's great! I bought this for my daughter as she said she needs a good cutting board. This one looks exactly like the one I have and is exactly the same size. So I figured it would be the same. Unfortunately it isn't. It is much lighter and the surface appears more porous. This is comparable to the fact that the density of the wood is lower and the pore structure is more open. It works well but I don't expect it to last that long because the more open cell structure allows it to hold more water which will eventually cause it to rupture. But let's see, I'm just thinking about it.
