Review on 🔪 7-Inch Granton Edge Mercer Culinary Millennia Santoku Knife with Black Handle by Crystal Smith

I was about to buy an expensive Santoku when I stumbled across this knife. Although, heck, so many people love this knife that I'm going to give it a try. The old adage "you get what you pay for" doesn't apply here. Sharp from the start and after occasional touch ups on a very thin whetstone it maintains a sharp shave. If this is the end of the Mercer line I can't imagine what other knives are like. I know handles are getting more and more attractive, but I'm not sure about real blades. I love what I have and join the hundreds of reviewers who love this knife.
