Husbands rating, not buyers

Received the device yesterday and as stated took the device out of the box, connected the charging cable, it was in the box, hooked up to my truck charger not working did a resistance check on the fuse in the charger the fuse is blown replace the fuse is in place the fuse is blown no its not a socket other things charge here socket but they say we have to use their charger because you can't charge it at home because it's only 5 volts that the USB charger for your outlet only charges up to 5 volts. I can't find a phone number for the company Get a new cable under warranty. I just got it yesterday, couldn't use it because they tell me not to charge it
