I ordered this chair based on positive reviews. I was looking for a small wheelchair without armrests for my 5 wheel van. I'm 5'4 and 125 pounds and this chair fits my needs perfectly. It's lightweight and looks very nice, much, much better than the heavy dining chair I used. I like it because my space is so limited that I have to move my chair to do other things. Small and light makes this much easier. It was easy to assemble and appears to be well made. I wouldn't describe the seat as very soft. I might need a little pillow when I spend hours editing on the computer. I haven't tried yet. But I still put pillows on everything. It also has good height adjustment. One computer I use is bigger than the other. My neck is picky about positioning so I find I can get the height I want. The back supports and does not lean back.
