Right size but wrong fit
Although the size I order is usually perfect, on this particular shoe the heel was too loose and couldn't hold the foot comfortably. Also, the inside of the sole felt too high and too soft. I was hoping they would fit me as well as other NB shoes. But that's not the case. Returned.
