Light chef's knife
The handle is ergonomically well designed, but the blade lacks weight. It feels tinny, especially compared to other Zelite, Shun, and Kramer knives. I was expecting a thicker and heavier blade so I'm quite disappointed with this purchase. A thicker, heavier blade provides more stability, especially when slicing thicker vegetables. If Zelite has a better chef's knife I would certainly be willing to trade it in for a better knife and pay an additional fee if that is reasonable. I have three other Zelite knives and am very happy with them.
