Absolutely the best knife for your money. I cook a lot for my family and have found I need a pair of chef's knives for large dinner events. The fact that this knife is made from vg10 damascus steel makes it super strong, damn sharp and stays sharp longer. Since some whetstones are so expensive that they rarely need to be resharpened, this saves time and money. The knife is well balanced in hand, has a full shaft and I love that it comes with a magnetic holder so I always know where it is and not in a drawer with my other cheaper knives that break. I use this knife for pretty much everything and it has become my workhorse in the kitchen. I am very satisfied with this knife and can only recommend it.
