Review on 🐱 PETMATE Dome Clean Step Cat Litter Box: Innovative Design with 3 Color Options by Lucia Brown

I love this cat box! Cats have to climb a small ladder and turn right to get to the toilet. This keeps the odor at bay and helps keep the filler in the box. There are small ledges on the stairs that help clear dirt from the cat's paws so it doesn't press down on the floor as much. Some debris will still remain on the mat we keep in front of the tray, but not as much as a regular closed tray! There is also a filter on the top of the box to help with odors but it's just a thin flat little filter so I put a charcoal filter on top of the box to help with odors since the box it says in the laundry room and it's a pretty small room. We now have 4 cats and several litter boxes but this one gets the most use and is big enough to hold all their waste without making the house smelly even if we can't clean it during the day. I prefer to clean it several times a day, but sometimes we're just not at home. The lid is also easy to take off and put back on so even our 8 year old can help clean up. I definitely recommend this Petmate Booda Dome Cleanstep cat box!
