I wanted to love this cat box! So many great ideas. Cleaning box, collapsible, entry and exit, minimizes the spread of dirt; all great ideas and looks great! The design flaw is that it leaks, which is the most important feature! They couldn't test it on cats. It's going on in the most incomprehensible and disappointing way. Due to the foldable design, it snaps into place but leaves small protrusions that collect dirt and urine and allow it to seep through the drawer to the floor. Also, the block isn't big enough. I have two full sized cats and it's a tight space so no matter where they are in the box they pee in those spots and they leak. Cleaning is intensive and time-consuming. Improvements: 33% larger, removed folding option to minimize parts and connections, and removed all areas where urine collects. I thought a gasket might help but I taped the seams and they are still leaking. I'm so disappointed, it looks amazing and picks up all the litter strewn about.
