Coffee will be good, but design flaws cause irritation. After brewing, a large amount of condensate forms under the lid. Every time you go for coffee, it drips onto the stove and fizzes. Water drips into the tank throughout the cycle, which is why you hear the noise. When you open the lid to drain the coffee, the water falls back into the tank and tries to brew again. Even when not in use I have to remove a lot of water from the basket area. Even after the first use, the carafe gets dirty very easily. I have to use a soft sponge to remove the stains. The lip on the inside of the spout makes access and cleaning difficult and also prevents the liquid from pouring out completely. Beep 6 times when ready and when powered off.
