Firstly, returns will be difficult as the foam rubber has been sealed and fits in a small box. Some have complained about the lack of instructions, but trust me, even if you did get the instructions, it's not very clear and it doesn't help that the schematic gives you conflicting information, as well as pieces of foam that just aren't right cut to fit in this cheap one. These are the most expensive pieces of styrofoam with foil that I have ever seen. If something like this were randomly sent to me and I had to guess the price, I would estimate it would be around $10, maybe $20. At $54.99 it's a complete rip off. EDIT: It's finally put together and I can say my daughter loves it. This takes the sting out of how difficult it was to set it up properly. However, I do not recommend assembling this product to those who have children who look forward to the finished product. Mind you, it's not easy to put together, but as another reviewer said, if you end up buying, keep trying because your kid will love it. Unfortunately, I doubt how long it will last. 1 day and the fabric is already pencil marked and the thought of putting this back together when I want to wash the fabric makes me cringe. While your child will love the final product, I highly recommend going for the pre-assembled version.
