I have been using this product for a year now. I started growing my hair out over a year ago and have been using it from the ends to the middle of my head. I have minimal split ends and my hair is almost shoulder length now. I have had long hair for all 38 years of my life and this is the only thing that has prevented split ends. I've tried hot oil treatments, coconut oil, and many other treatments to prevent split ends in the past, but I've always gotten a lot of split ends. I wash my hair every other day, blow dry it and style it with either a curling iron or flat iron. I also do a half cut about every 3 months. It works!
