Dyed my roots orange.
Absolutely terrible! This product turned my hair orange. I've been using Clairol Natural Instincts for years and always get compliments on how natural the color was for my medium brown hair. This formula is NOT identical. My roots have turned bright orange. I had to get my hair done professionally to get rid of the horrible mess my hair was leaving. I will never buy this again unless they go back to the original formula.
