Waste of time and money
I used them to hold the rug in place and also used them to attach the rug to the rug. After a few weeks they fell off the mat and the carpet moved every time I stepped on it. So I tried to take the rug handles off and they came off the rug along with the threads from the rug and the felt from the rug. They came off the floor clean. Waste of my time and money.
