It changed the texture of my hair AND helped prevent hair fall. I had a VERY bad keratin treatment 2 years ago and my hair hasn't had that "wiry" texture lately. If I wanted straight hair I would have to use a 450 degree iron or better. It was awful until I found this and a few other items. It is, however, a staple in my hair business and always will be. I don't have to straighten my hair because I look like a freak. A little bit of this conditioner allows it to dry out naturally (I take an extra hand and put it on my hair when it's almost dry) and I have soft curls all day long!
