Just received them, tried them on and they fit perfectly. I usually wear a 36, ordered 36 and they fit great. It has armor pouches which are not included but I found some that I already had and they fit well. The armor fits my knees. so that's a plus. The denim is soft but lined with Kevlar from the waist to the knees. There are also pockets for thigh armor. For the price they seem like good jeans. I might order blue in the future. It's a YKK zipper, which is nice too. Pocket depth is good, medium depth for jeans. The cut is straight. not too tight and not baggy. I can wear them to work with my casual clothes and not look like an alien. Note: After wearing for a while, they still look beautiful. They will be warmer than normal jeans. I can tolerate it in the office, but it shows. I guess in the hot summer nothing that protects will keep you cool but they will keep you warm better than draggin jeans (no knee pads). This may be due to the tight knitting of Kevlar and heavyweight denim.
