These lights brought our garden to life! They are the perfect size and brightness to give our garden a nice cozy feel. The lamps aren't very fragile (they feel like plastic glass, if that makes sense) so they're not as fragile as other lamps, which is great. These lanterns have a certain weight. So if you're building an extension to your fence (like we should have) make sure you choose a strong material. We used 1 x 6 foot lumber planks but the weight started to drop inwards so we had to replace the uprights with something stronger. The only downside besides the weight, if you think that's a downside, is that if you buy two threads you can't connect them together. They only have one male end but no female end on the other side, so we had to run an extension cord down the middle of our lawn to plug both into an outlet. Otherwise they are perfect!
