Have been using this product for many years. I originally bought from Sally's Beauty Supply but stopped wearing it in the store. I tend to develop thick calluses on the big toe, on the ball of the foot under the big toe and as it heals. Unfortunately goes to my family. I've tried almost everything you can think of including baths, scrubs, solutions and other pumice stones and files. None of them match the performance of this Checi product. At the end of every shower, after my feet have softened, a quick exfoliation of this and some lotion afterwards works wonders. I change every 12 months.
