My biggest issue with this watch is that you can't return to the main screen when tracking a workout, which means I can't see what time it is and I can't change my music. This seems like a huge problem, almost so big that I think either I'm missing something or my watch isn't working properly. My second biggest criticism of this watch is that I don't count steps when pushing a stroller. I regularly use a wheelchair and the watch does not recognize that I am moving when my hand is on the wheelchair. I can walk 3.5 miles and it will track about 600 steps. Not very smart for a smartwatch. Another disadvantage of these watches is that they are unattractive. It can be worn when tracking activity, but when you wear it all day to track steps it's big and bulky and I have friends who tease me about it. Also, if you have sensitive skin, BE CAREFUL. I have sensitive skin and the strap scratched my wrist leaving a huge wound somewhat reminiscent of a burn from a very large rug. I had to switch my wrists until it healed and now I have to switch my wrists back and forth every day or two to avoid another burn. The pros are that it's affordable (obsolete). It tracks my activity perfectly and I love that it links to my MyFitnessPal when I want to add an activity I forgot to track. The application contains a lot of clear information and diagrams. He grossly overestimates how much you sleep. It was a great way for me to track my weight on a chart for 7 days and 4 weeks. I've never had a smartwatch, so it's nice to have my sat nav buzzing on the watch when I need to turn around, or when messages come in so I can read them without finding my phone. Overall it gets the job done for the most part, but it's difficult to wear as a casual watch.
