Not for small 4-year-old kids
Got this for my 4 year old, he is less than 4 years old but this vest should have fit anyway but was too big for him. It kept him going, but it definitely looked big and he wasn't a fan. I'd be more comfortable with a more tailored fit. But in general, he coped with his task. But not for 1 or 2 years
