Updated 5/22/19. I wash bras in a laundry bag and hang them out to dry. Surprised, they rolled. These sports bras are very comfortable! For those having trouble zipping up, try zipping up (on the chest) first before pulling the straps over the arms/chest. With a zipper, the slider that you insert into the zipper can have a small gap between the fabric and the slider; it does not affect wear. Although I ordered several 2-packs, the pink color bled a little over the laundry bag; there was no blue, no black, no grey. Air dried - no shrinkage. The small pads inside move when washed (it's common sense) and you can use them or take them out. I ordered the large (5ft 3in, 160, 38/b) but was able to easily wear the medium, but I don't need a tight unforgiving strap. I'd say it's for a medium hit. However, if I had bought the middle one, it might have kept the girls more in check. CS is amazing! They are responsive and very helpful.
