I ordered two of these simple gold rings to use as protection for my oversized 10mm engagement ring use that no longer fits on my thin finger. ... except when my finger swells to the size of a sausage! 2mm diameter rings are exactly what I thought. No disappointments! These 14k yellow gold bands don't quite match my 18k yellow gold ring, but the color isn't too far off either. For those interested in the 2mm width, American Nickel is very close to 2mm thick. Since my wedding ring is slightly curved, these bands aren't perfect...but they keep the ring from falling off my finger! The rings are shiny, polished, very smooth…. Both rings I ordered are exactly the same in size and appearance. They make great thin wedding rings, safety rings, stackable rings or can be worn alone. The ring's arrival in a beautiful ring box makes it a lovely gift.
