Review on Mehron 800C Paradise Empty Palette by Jami Harrison

Loved the idea of this container to hold all the colors of my cake and its light weight. This is the only one I've found of this species. Too expensive for what it offers. But I didn't like a few things. The styrofoam holes inside that hold the brownies will only fit the 30g Paradise brand! I also have other brands of 40g tortillas that are wider! I improvised and just cut out the styrofoam to fit my wider brownies! Also, once closed, the cakes will fall out if turned on their sides, but it's probably better if you only use Paradise 30g cakes that are designed for that. Then the lock is not very secure. I use a large rubber band.
