This is a simple platform bed frame made from solid metal and strong once assembled. And unlike many frames, all sides fold in half, so the whole thing fits in a fairly small box: makes moving around that much easier. Can be assembled quickly and easily. Unfold the long parts, connect the corners and fasten with screws. Add a center piece that will form the crossbars, then slide each individual plank into place. There are slots in the legs at one end for attachment of the headboard, the footboard is plain (no slots). One star deducted because this frame is completely flat - which means your mattress rests on it and can move around a bit. Depending on what the bottom of your mattress looks like, you can apply nano or anti-slip tape to some of the slats to provide support and prevent them from slipping. I wish the frame had a little "lip" to match the mattress.
