I purchased this maple chopping board and was very pleased when it arrived. It was exactly what I was looking for and hoping for. Not only beautiful, but also durable and thick. I have to say this is the best board I have ever owned and I know I will enjoy it for years to come. I finally had to dispose of my old board more than 20 years ago. I have a feeling this will be my last! Although delicious straight out of the lovely box it came in, after a few uses I rubbed in some mineral oil and was amazed at the results. Really brought out the grain and color but also made the knife marks disappear. You will not be disappointed with this board! And the US built it!
