I feel that the business model of any company that would deign to make such an inferior product depends on customers deciding it's too much hassle. Come back. I ask that you do not purchase this item unless it is a revenge gift to passive-aggressively tell someone how much you don't like them. If I can stop another person from making such a horrible mistake, it's still not worth what I've been through, but I can at least hope that "VEYETTE" doesn't eclipse this planet anymore, and I played a small role in it.
