Good support good for back support

It has been very painful to wear this for the past few days but the feeling of support is good given the pain. One mistake I made was wearing it too tight for the first few days. After going through the instructions again, I loosened it up a bit and everything was fine. Haven't gone back to the original tight setup yet but hope to do so after a month of wear.
