Bought this item for my husband because his last trimmer broke. We unpacked the package and found that the box had been previously opened. Upon inspection to make sure everything was in place we removed the guards from the blades and both had hair and oil on them. Mind you, we bought this set as "new". We are disappointed and a little angry that tools have been sent to us that have already been used. As soon as the company read the above review, we received a brand new razor with the company's sincere apologies for the issues we encountered. My husband really likes his new razor (needs to shave him the hard way! Now he's doing it voluntarily!). He says they don't pull hair like his old pair, and he can get the cut closer and maneuver the razor better. Also, it helps that the 30-minute process now takes 5-10 minutes.
