Bought this lathe for my 2016 Ultra Limited. Installed according to the instructions and the bike ran very well. I tried another map, the bike performed worse. Went back to the first map and the bike started popping and popping under braking. I've tried contacting tech support so many times I've lost count. I sent emails, tried the chat feature and was on hold for a total of 2 hours. Not a single answer and not a single person was found. I'm fed up with the autotune feature and the device never gets that far, it seems to be locked and doing nothing. This could be an easy fix, but I'll never know due to very poor/nonexistent customer support. Buyers be careful. Maybe you're luckier than me.
