Review on IdeaWorks JB6705 Jobar International Hydro by Tina Webb

Works well but disrupts the quick drain

The hydromat is fine I say this because it doesn't stick to the shower floor. I used small 2x2 tiles to keep the suction cups from sticking due to the spacing between the grout lines. Others have mentioned the carpet slipping which surprised me because I can honestly say I haven't had this problem and I know for a fact that the suction cups aren't sticking to my shower floor. Maybe they have a smooth bath/shower surface. I've noticed that this slightly reduces the flow of water into the sewers. If you have long hair, it tends to get stuck in the carpet and won't let it down the drain at all. My solution is that I hang it on the wall after every shower (the suction works there because the tiles are bigger) and spray Clorox bathroom cleaner on it. This allows hair stuck in the carpet and floor to get down the drain. All in all, with the purchase, it serves my purpose of hiding the shower floor. I have just moved into an apartment and cannot clean the grout despite using Clorox and a wire bristle brush and the sight of stained grout is an eyesore. Hope that helps!
