Does what I need, great price and after warranty support helped

I think all these devices have trade-offs: *Cordless vacuums only have some suction power, but they can move more freely. * The device cannot overcome as many obstacles when it is close to the ground, but the suction power is better. * If the motor is more powerful, it is likely to be louder. It's perfect? No way. It gets stuck on my wooden sleepers so I use physical barriers to prevent this. It grabs loose fabrics and flimsy carpets and they get stuck. Pick them up and shake them off. Use common sense. It does a great job on short-pile carpets, but then again, it doesn't clean as well as a plugged-in vacuum. I had two issues with the device: the voice mechanism was broken, but I decided it wasn't. should not be sent in for repair. The second issue was that after the 1 year manufacturer warranty expired the wheel stopped spinning. I read some reviews and this happened to someone else after the 1 year warranty expired. Customer service replied that they wanted the customer to let them know and that they would help, so I contacted them and that's exactly what they did. I sent it in and they fixed it for free. Bottom line: I have a lot of pets, so I need all the help I can get to keep the fur from getting on the floor. It does everything I really hoped it would, all things considered. Will he come down the stairs, left alone? Probably. Block access to stairs. Will it collect dust everywhere? Not in my house, but he cleans under beds and some furniture better than I do. Will it find its way back to the charger when the battery dies? I doubt it, but I just set it down next to the charger and hit the home button when I was done with it. Do you think? I have to manually plug my phone in several times a day to charge it. Complaining about a product that cleans floors for me and won't return to the charger unaided is what I call the privilege problem. If this is the biggest problem I face then my life is awesome. If it takes 3 years I think it was worth it. 1.5 years down.
